Frequently asked questions
My bike doesn't appear
Confirm Bluetooth is on, that your bike is powered/awake, and that you're within a few metres. Close and reopen the app to rescan. If your bike is connected to another app or phone, disconnect it there first.
I can't sign in
Byeleigh uses your existing bike account's login page. Check your email and password with that provider, and make sure you have an internet connection for the first sign-in. Sign-in is only needed for the initial pairing.
Is my data private?
Yes. Byeleigh keeps your information on your device, runs no servers of its own, and does not track you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I remove my data?
Sign out in the app, or delete the app to clear its locally stored data from your device.
Byeleigh is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any bicycle manufacturer or its affiliates. All product names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
